Readers Digest has released their list of the 100 Most Trusted People in America Tom Hanks came in on the top followed by Sandra Bullock, Denzel Washington and Meryl Streep. They were also able to determine who the least trusted stars are...Tom Cruise and Kristen Stewart. Poor Tom, America was just never able to recover from the jumping on the couch thing on Oprah.

Selena Gomez is counter-suing a perfume company that claims she backedout of an endorsement deal worth millions of dollars. She claims that she only backed out of the deal because the company was going broke and couldn't afford to manufacture and market her perfume line. Im guessing this one is going to get thrown out...she cant really endorse a product that doesnt exist, right?

Justin Bieber might just be facing a lil jail time. The L.A. County District Attorney is trying to decide whether to prosecute him for allegedly spitting in his neighbor's face and threatening to kill him. The police officers they interviewed dont think he should go to jail BUT they think he needs serious counseling because of his repeated and escalating bad behavior.

Faith Hill gave up the Sunday Night Football Theme gig last month and they have announced her replacement Carrie Underwood!!! Carrie will start performing "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night" on NBC beginning September 8th when the Cowboys host the New York Giants. She said she always thought it would be fun too do. I wonder if she will change it up a bit to make it more her AND will she have to add an addition to her closet for all the FABULOUS shoes you know she'll be wearing for those performances???

Justin Bieber will appear on the "The Simpsons" this Sunday.The episode will be called "The Fabulous Faker Boy," and Justin will try to get into a talent show where Bart Simpson is playing the piano and apparently they wont let the Biebs compete.

Seriously, Ive heard of gold diggers going after pro athletes but their moms?? Kobe Bryant is suing his mom after she stole more than a million dollars of his own personal basketball memorabilia including jerseys, championship rings and trophies. Apparently she sold it all to an auction house and even got a $450,000 advance. Kobe told the auction house the stuff was his so they sued HIM. Kobe is asking the judge to get his stuf back. Apparently he and his mom stopped getting along after her offered to buy her a house that she didnt think was fancy enough.

Lindsay Lohan's decision to re-hire her former lawyer Shawn Holley was a smart move because it kept her from going to jail. The judge in her case said that Ms. Holley "snatched her from the precipice." That arrest warrent was pretty much in the works.  

Looks like Philip Phillips is having more kidney problems. He has had to postpone his remaining 9 tour dates becuase of "doctors orders." No word on if he will  still make an appareance on Idol week and if he will still go on tour with John Mayer in July.

Martha Quinn, Alan Hunter, Mark Goodman & Nina Plimpton,the original VJ's at MTV have released a new book called The Unplugged Adventures of MTV’s First Wave. In it they promise to dish about all the 80's celebs and behind the scenes drama that went on back when MTV launced in 1981.�@

The CMT Music Awards were announced yesterday and Miranda Lambert scored BIG with 4 nominations including Video of The Year. Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood both got 2 nominations each and Kenny Chesney who is in town Saturday was nominated for 3. Fan voting is open at cmt.com. Kristen Bell and Jason Aldean will host the host June 5th on CMT.
