After weeks of indulgence, reduced sleep, added stress and maybe a few extra pounds, the holidays are finally over. Many of us adopt a healthy lifestyle routine to try and undo all the damage we’ve just caused to our bodies. It’s also important to add much needed beauty and grooming detoxifying products to feel like ourselves again, or maybe even better! Here are some of my favorites:

LUSH’S COALFACE CLEANSING BAR

 When we eat differently and don’t get enough sleep it can lead to break-outs on our skin. Lush has a great product called Coalface that contains powdered charcoal. It’s great for oily skin and can help clear up any blemishes. It is a preservative free facial cleanser.

 This masque is great for helping to purify and detoxify the skin while minimizing the appearance of enlarged pores. KIEHL’S DEEP MICRO-EXFOLIATING SCALP TREATMENT

 Holiday parties and events usually mean more hair products and styling tools like hair gels, hairspray, flat irons and blow dryers. Sometimes shampoo alone isn’t enough to remove all the product build-up. This scalp treatment can gently exfoliate the scalp and remove product build-up.

OMOROVICZA GOLD SUGAR SCRUB

 During the holidays, it’s easy to eat and drink to excess which can take a toll on your skin. It’s important to keep the skin hydrated and to remove dead, dry and dull skin with a gently body exfoliator like Omorovicza’s Gold Sugar Scrub.
