It is Keith Urban night at my house tonight... I guess most people call his new show American Idol. Call it what you want, as long as he is on the TV I will be watching.  I love love love that man. (I met him twice back in my country radio days)  He is so humble and kind oh, and sexy too.  :) Click here for a preview of everything American Idol. I was caught unprepared at dinner time last night,  SOOOOOOOOOO Im thinking its time to stock up my freezer with some crock pot recipes. Im trying some of these from Six Sisters Stuff, first. What is your favorite family meal to make in the crock pot?
