Britney Spears is reportedly in talks with HarperCollins to write a novel based on the events of her life. He rep told the Hollywood Reporter that her journey from child star to international superstar AND with that her major meltdown somewhere in the middle it seems ample fodder for at least one book.

Radar online is reporting that Emmitt Smiths dancing partner on DWTS Cheryl Burke has been chatting with the producers of The Bachelorette to be the next contestant looking for love. Orginally we heard they were going to try to convince Emily to come back for another season but ABC thinks Cheryl would be a fabulous choice because of her DWTS fans. Sources say she is excited about the possibility of being on the show.

There is a not so modern family issue going on for one of the younerg actresses on the hit Fox Show. The National Enquirer is reporting that Ariel Winter who plays Alex on the show is 14 and is seeking legal emancipation from her parents. The issue....a boy. Apparently they do not want her dating 17 year old Cameron Palatas (he's an actor on Disney's A.N.T. Farm) He's 17 and they think hes too old for her. (hello, yes he is!) Anyway, she is so angry with them that she has hired an attorney to pretty much divorce her from her family.

Yesterday we told you that a German tabloid was reporting that a hotel housekeeper was fired after knocking on JLo's door to ask for an autograph....as the story went JLo called downstairs and complained and thats why the housekeeper was shown the door BUT Jennifer Lopez said its not true....she tweeted"C'mon thought you knew me better than this.. Would never get anyone fired over an autograph. 1st I heard of this was on twitter.#hurtful,"
