Jennifer Lopez will plunk down $10 million for an exclusive Water Mill estate, The Post has learned.

The Bronx native has been in the market for a Hamptons mansion for years — and finally settled on a custom-designed spread near Mecox Bay.

It’s got a sauna, steam room, theater and a pool — along with eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

But what really sold the “Jenny from the Block” songstress on the 8,659-square-foot summer home was the promise of privacy — the house is set on three acres and tucked into a cul-de-sac on Bay Lane.

“She was serious about buying this time,” a source said, adding that the price was “a steal.”

Everything is relayed back to you as a message on your phone and through vibrations in the wristband, with suggestions for ways you can live more healthily.

The wristband uses Actigraphy - a sensor which measures tiny movements to determine whether you are awake or in a light or deep sleep. With these, it calculates the optimum time to wake you each morning with a gentle vibration through the wristband.

The reason Ed Sheeran is being thrifty while on tour with Taylor Swift is because he’s masterminding his dream home.

Ed is ploughing his cash into a renovation near Halifax.

The singer said: “KANYE WEST has that line, ‘White people make money and don’t spend it’, and that’s pretty much me. I’m renovating a property where I grew up.

“This is going to be the family house for when I have kids and stuff. I’m planting a lot of trees. Actually it’s a farm I’m turning into a woodland.”

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are headed to Cannes together, where they'll be paying $8000 a night for a fancy hotel, before heading to Provence for a romantic vineyard vacation.

Rob is said to be attending the Film Festival for 'promotional duties' and bringing Kristen along.

The pair have already booked their expensive suite at the Hotel Du Cap, a luxurious hotel overlooking the romantic French Riviera.

Aside from the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival, Rob and Kristen apparently plan to spend time being tourists.

'They have their eye on doing a tour of the local museums, like the Picasso one in Antibes, and Renoir’s house,' The Sun's source said.

But the trip will not stop there for the Twilight stars, who plan to follow up the posh frolic with something a little more down to earth.

'They’re also going to go down to Provence and visit the vineyards there,' according to the source.

'You can camp in the grounds of these massive chateaus and they’ve decided they need some 'normal living'.'
