Ryan Reynolds might be one of the sexiest stars out there at the moment, but even as an animated character he was nervous about his good looks! The Green Lantern actor felt that his prehistoric character in The Croods exposed too much flesh!
There must be millions of people out there who would just die to see sexy Ryan Reynolds topless. However they might have to settle for seeing his character Guy in The Croods for now!
The Croods, which features the vocal talents of Reynolds, Emma Stone and Nicholas Cage, tells the story of an adventurer called Guy who leads caveman family the Croods on a fantastical journey across the uncharted world.
The film hasn’t even come out yet in the UK but talks of a sequel are already in the works, on one condition.
Talking to Access Hollywood, Reynolds revealed: "Guy is incredibly shirtless. I remember saying that to [DreamWorks CEO] Jeffrey Katzenberg the first time I saw the drawing. I was like, 'Really Jeffrey? Really? If we do a sequel, let's throw a shirt on him!'"
Maybe if they put a shirt on Reynolds’s character Guy then he would kindly take on off for us all in real life!
Despite having spent two years working on The Croods, Reynolds also revealed that he only met co-star Nicholas Cage for the very first time a few days ago!
The Safe House actor told reporters "I just met Nic Cage [last week], which was amazing. "I hadn't met him [before]... We've been working together on a movie for two and a half years. [I'd even] been fighting with him."
The Croods is out in cinemas this Friday!!
