Adele is said to be in serious talks about taking up a regular Las Vegas performing slot while she adjusts to motherhood and takes time to record new material.
The Grammy winner is reportedly considering career options that will allow her to avoid too much travelling while she settles into motherhood.
A multimillion-pound Las Vegas residency could well be the best job for her right now, as she is said to want to get back into performing as soon as possible. It would also mean she could record her third album and spend quality time with her family. Sounds perfect to us...
"Adele is top of the Vegas hit-list and she's seriously considering it as an option," a source said.
"She wants to get back to performing but doesn't want to go on the road so soon after becoming a mum."
According to The Daily Star Sunday, she's been asking for advice from Elton John, who has spent years performing at Caesars Palace:
"Adele has been chatting to Elton about her fears of singing live again. Elton's been like a godfather to her recently, helping her settle into life as a superstar and the challenges of being a parent.
"He eased her mind about returning to the stage, the significance of the Oscars and how she should return to playing live as she has such a great gift."
