The other day I had the opportunity to see the musical 'Anything Goes' at the Winspear Opera House at the AT&T Performing Arts Center. I literally knew nothing about this musical and I was blown away!
Cole Porter music, extensive tap routines and excellent comedic performances, all in one musical--it was impressive!
Rachel York, as Reno Sweeney, was so high-energy. I have no idea how she managed to do an entire dance number and then ease right into singing without sounding incredibly out of breath, but she did.
