This is a real story, but names have been changed. Also, Rachel helped me change the names so they are characters from The Hills. Yes, we realize that this show was dunzo a while ago, but we've since matured and we don't really know what kids these days watch. The story sounds weird using names from things we do watch, like Food Network, so stick it out okay? If it helps, you can imagine that my voice sounds like Lauren's and that this theme song just ended (and sorry, I could only find season 6 starring Kristen who was, like, such a B so let's just pretend it's still LC, okay?).
Okay, so my friend, Lo, told me that her friend, Brody, called her the other day. Brody said that his best friend, Frankie, called him to tell him about a dream. Not a big deal you know, we all share dreams with friends. However, Frankie had a...let's say, "romantic" dream about Brody. These guys have been best friends for a while and they're practically brothers so this is super creepy. I'm not really sure why Frankie did this and I'm especially not sure why he did it via text message.
Brody didn't know know how to respond so he never texted back. A very awkward thirty minutes later, Frankie calls Brody back and tries to backtrack by saying that instead of the two of them "getting romantic," it was more like they went to this party together and where he "got romantic" with another girl there.
However, as you can imagine, it's really hard to back out of telling someone about "being romantic" with them in a dream when it's all spelled out in a text message.
If you ever had a dream about your BFF, would you ever tell him or her?
I would prefer it if my best friend kept these types of dreams to himself. I mean, he can have them all he wants (which is probably a lot because I'm awesome), but there's no need to share them. Doing so will just make video game time extra awkward.
