Fiona Apple joins names like Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg by being arrested this week on drug charges. She had 0.01 pounds, which would have been a misdemeanor in Texas, however it was hash which makes it a felony. She was forced to push back her concert in Austin where she is promoting her new album "The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than the Driver of the Screw and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More Than Ropes Will Ever Do." After reading that title of the album the drug charge makes sense.
