Happy National Lasagna Day!!
Lasagna is a dish that my kids love and I love it because it is so easy to make. Every year on National Lasagna Day I try out a new recipe. There are so many different delicious versions on how to make lasagna and it can be tough to choose. These days since I'm trying to watch my fat intake, I am especially interested in all the healthy or "organic" recipe twists that are available. The best part about making lasagna is that, it it is pretty hard to make a "bad" lasagna. I made this dish over the weekend and my family loved it!
Celebrate National Lasagna Day by making these "easy to make" & healthy lasagna rolls by Anjali Marathe Shah. It's a win/win! Healthy dish/happy kids
My kids had no idea that they were eating so healthy! For any leftovers, these tasty rolls freeze well. Take a roll and bag them separately in a zip loc baggie. Freeze, thaw, reheat.
